Terms and Conditions h25 — Complete User Guide

Welcome to h25, Malaysia's leading digital entertainment platform. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and h25 ("Platform", "We", "h25").

By accessing, registering, logging in, or using any part of the h25 platform — whether via web browser, mobile device, or any other means of access — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions contained in this document, as well as all other policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions take effect from the date you first use the platform and will continue to apply for as long as your account is active or you access any h25 services.

To register and use the h25 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Must be at least 18 Years Old at the time of registration and each time you use the platform.
• Being an individual acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not prohibited from using gambling or digital entertainment services by any law or regulation applicable to you in your location.
• Have never been, or are not currently, under a self-exclusion period from any gambling or digital entertainment platform.
• Using personal funds obtained through legitimate means for all activities on the h25 platform.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and complete registration information, and agreeing to update that information should any changes occur.

H25 is not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of the platform by individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements above. It is entirely the user's responsibility to ensure their use of the platform is lawful under the regulations applicable to them.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only on the h25 platform. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and wins.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information, including:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document.
• A valid and verifiable date of birth.
• An active email address that belongs to you.
• A valid and active Malaysia phone number.
• A strong, unique password for your h25 account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Any activity that occurs under your account — including activity resulting from your own negligence — is entirely your responsibility. Please contact h25 customer support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

H25 accepts deposits via a range of secure and approved payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and online banking via FPX. All deposits are processed instantly upon successful verification.

• The minimum deposit is RM10 for all supported payment methods.
• Daily maximum deposit limits may vary depending on your membership status and chosen payment method.
• All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.
• H25 does not accept deposits made using third-party credit cards, another person's bank account, or any funding source that cannot be verified.
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity or abuse will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

H25 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, some payment service providers may impose their own fees, which are beyond h25's control.

Winnings may be withdrawn to a local bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name. Before the first withdrawal is processed, members are required to complete the identity verification process (KYC) by uploading a valid identification document.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 1 to 3 business days after KYC approval.
• Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, and Boost e-wallets are generally faster than standard bank transfers.
• Daily and monthly withdrawal limits apply based on your current membership status.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a verified account or e-wallet registered under the same user's name.

H25 reserves the right to suspend or withhold withdrawals for security review or additional identity verification purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account. In such cases, the h25 compliance team will contact the member within 3 business days.

H25 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, and a loyalty programme. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in their respective promotion terms.

General terms applicable to all h25 bonuses:

• Wagering requirement: All bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses may only be used once per eligible promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus value cannot be withdrawn directly — only net winnings that exceed the bonus amount after the wagering requirement is met may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, multi-accounting, or system abuse will be fully voided.
• H25 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Some games may not contribute, or may only partially contribute, toward meeting bonus wagering requirements.

All games available on the h25 platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting, bingo, and other categories — are powered by a random number generation (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified for fairness by international certification bodies.

• The outcome of all games is final and cannot be challenged or disputed unless there is clear and substantial evidence of a system technical fault.
• In the event of a technical failure or server disruption during an active game, h25 will use system records to determine a fair outcome or void the round in question and return the original bet to the player.
• The use of any automation software, bots, scripts, or third-party tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Players must play in accordance with the rules and minimum/maximum betting limits set for each game.
• H25 reserves the right to void any bets or wins obtained through unauthorized means or by exploiting system bugs.

All h25 members are required to conduct themselves in a responsible, ethical, and respectful manner toward other users and the h25 team at all times. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using threatening, defamatory, racist, or offensive language in any h25 communication channel, including live chat.
• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to deceive other members or h25 staff.
• Spreading false information about h25 to the public or on social media platforms.
• Using another person's account information or impersonating another individual on the platform.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the h25 platform for illegal purposes.

H25 reserves the right to take immediate action against any member found to be in breach of these conduct rules, including permanent account suspension or closure without compensation.

As a responsible platform, h25 requires the Know Your Customer (KYC) process to be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. KYC may also be requested at any time by the h25 compliance team as part of ongoing security procedures.

Documents typically required for KYC include:

• A copy of a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement within the last 3 months).
• A selfie holding your identification document, if requested by the compliance team.
• Proof of payment method ownership (e-wallet screenshot or bank statement) where applicable.

Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functions on your account until verification is fully completed.

Members may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting h25 customer support. Prior to closure, all eligible balances must first be withdrawn in accordance with standard procedures.

H25 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision under these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Abuse of the bonus or promotion system.
• Ownership or use of multiple accounts.
• Suspected involvement in money laundering or financial fraud.
• Use of automation software or bots in gameplay.
• Requests from relevant legal authorities.

H25 provides its digital entertainment platform on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure uninterrupted platform operation, we make no implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or the absence of technical errors.

• H25 is not responsible for any losses arising from technical disruptions, server failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
• H25 accepts no liability for loss of profits, indirect losses, or consequential damages incurred by users as a result of using or being unable to use the platform.
• H25's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance shall not exceed the total amount of the most recent deposit made by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim.

Use of the h25 platform is at the user's own risk. Members are advised to play responsibly and not to wager more than they can afford to lose.

H25 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

It is the user's responsibility to review this Terms and Conditions page periodically to stay informed of any recent changes. The "Updated" date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the last amendment was made.

Continued use of the h25 platform after any amendment to the terms is published will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms.
